Had issues with our water heater going into lockout mode. Plumber blamed it on a faulty outlet. Had K and H electric come out and make all the necessary changes. They went above and drying explaining to me the possibilities of what was happening and when the issue happened again later that evening, The plumber didn't answer but K and H did and they worked me through some temporary solutions so I could get the kids warm baths. They also came out the next day so I could continue to have hot water until the plumber was able to arrive in a few days. Excellent personal service and takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. We were connected to them through our home warranty but they earned a customer for life with the quality of work and personal service. Highly Recommend!
